The customer wanted a more user-friendly CMS to simplify the editing of brawosystems.com, brawosystems-usa.com and kanalundicht.de. The old websites based on Wordpress were confusing due to the large number of plugins and many things had to be tediously maintained multiple times.
We implemented all 3 websites in a multisite TYPO3 based on the existing layout and CSS. To avoid redundancies, the same content is shared across websites using references and therefore only needs to be edited once when changes are made.
The company finder is now maintained via individual address data records with tt_address, making it much easier for editors to update.
