For our long-standing customer Wipotec, we have been implementing the connection of all forms to their CRM Salesforce using the Web2Lead interface since 2020. All inquiries are mapped directly in Salesforce in real time and assigned to a responsible employee using rules.
The leads are enriched with various meta information that makes it easier for the company to recognize from which area the visitor comes. In addition to the exact location on the website or from which Google ad the inquiry was made, business units and any downloads or filter criteria are also transferred.
This allows the sales or support employee to directly recognize the context from which the request originated and to better advise the visitor.
As all downloads on the website run via a central form, the customer collects a large number of leads every day, which can be processed further by the sales team based on the meta information.
