We developed an innovative user guide that explains the various functions and settings of the office chair to the end customer in a clear and easy-to-understand way, without the need for words. This was achieved through an intuitive app: using an interactive 3D model and accompanying animations, users can explore the individual elements of the chair in an engaging way. We also incorporated an animated guide to ergonomic sitting.
To date, we have produced more than twenty manuals for Viasit. Whereas a few years ago these were supplied on a credit-card-sized CD-ROM, they are now readily available for download.
